Not Flying Out of XNA?

​Participants do NOT have to fly from XNA but can fly from a city close to them and then met the group for the main departure gate to Israel. This price will be different than the quoted price. Contact TourstoIsrael.org for further information if choosing a different departure gate than XNA.  ​

​All tour participants need a valid Passport that is valid for 6 months after your RETURN date (required for entrance into Israel).
You will include your Passport number and information to Pilgrim tour on the registration form.
If you have not applied for your Passport, just make a note on the registration form that you have applied for your passport.
When you receive your Passport, you will need to provide this information to Pilgrim Tours.
It is recommended that you leave a copy of your Passport with someone in your family, and that you take a copy of your Passport in your carry-n luggage and your checked bag.

7 Basic Items To Pack​

  • Sunglasses  (The glare of the sun can be strong, even in winter)
  • Hat (To protect yourself from the sun’s rays)
  • Sunscreen
  • Comfortable flat walking shoes (Ones that have been “broken in”; NOT new)
  • Bathing suit (For the Dead Sea)
  • Travel adapters and electric converters (For any small electrical devices you bring)
  • Small day/backpack (To carry water, snacks, and other essentials for the day’s tours)​
When you register for a tour, you will be sent an email that further describes clothing and packing tips. Certain items can only be packed in your carry on, and certain items only in checked baggage.

Insurance is based on the cost of the trip and there are two polices to choose from a 7.25% of tour cost or the Unforeseen Reason plan at
